Mecaer has heavily invested in engineering capabilities and our team today comprises specialists that can suit any possbile customers’ needs. At Mecaer, We design and develop products and integrated systems with priority on life-cycle cost effectiveness.
The Joint Definition Phase approach includes trade-off evaluations and feasibility studies to address any specific aircraft requirements together with the customers at their own facilities.
The Design phase includes 3D Modeling and 2D Drawing and it's carried out using a total Concurrent Engineering approach with both customers and suppliers. Real-time design reviews are combined with project life-cycle management tools to improve the overall efficiency of the development program.
Structural Calculations and Dynamic Simulations are performed using state-of-the-art softwares such as MSC Nastran/Patran, Matlab, Simulink and Adams to name a few.
Performance Analysis allow the gathering of vital data for the following stages of the project. Stress and Fatigue Analysis verify and optimize the design. The verification phase ensures that the products will be capable of sustaining the induced loads, while the optimization phase ensures that the lowest possible weight is achieved in compliance with all applicable technical specifications.
Reliability Analysis are conducted in order to better predict the performance of the products in service, so to minimize downtime as well as to determine the products direct maintenance costs before entry into service.
